Alejandro is a senior at Cornell University studying Industrial and Labor Relations. As an Early College student in high school, he earned an Associate of Arts in Business Administration alongside his high school diploma.

Since then, he has successfully navigated competitive application processes for universities, internships, and full-time positions, earning opportunities with organizations including Disney and Accenture. His diverse experiences across law, academic research, labor relations, accounting, and human resources have given him a broad perspective on how students can strategically position themselves and stand out in competitive applicant pools.

Having immigrated to the United States from El Salvador at a young age, Alejandro also understands the unique challenges that students from immigrant and international backgrounds may face throughout the college application process. He is passionate about helping students identify what makes their experiences unique and craft compelling, authentic narratives that allow their personal stories and strengths to shine.
